Posición:

Cloud Sales Consultant

Descripción del puesto:

Como Cloud Sales Consultant, serás el enlace entre nuestros clientes y nuestro portafolio de consultoría.

Tu misión será entender las necesidades de nuestros clientes, hablar su lenguaje técnico y asesorarlos a través de un proceso de venta consultiva con el objetivo de cerrar negocios exitosamente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar y contactar a clientes potenciales para presentar nuestro portafolio de servicios en la nube.

  • Comprender las necesidades técnicas y de negocio de los clientes y mapearlas con nuestras soluciones.

  • Llevar a cabo presentaciones y demostraciones de nuestros servicios.

  • Gestionar el ciclo de ventas desde la prospección hasta el cierre del negocio.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de consultoría para asegurar una transición suave de los clientes desde la venta hasta la implementación.

Requisitos:

Habilidades Técnicas:

  • Curiosidad profunda, y ganas de adquirir conocimientos en tecnología
  • Experiencia en procesos de venta B2B.

  • Comprensión de conceptos de Software, Data & IA es un plus.

  • (Deseable)Conocimiento de servicios en la nube, preferiblemente en AWS, Azure GCP u OCI
  • (Deseable)Certificaciones relevantes en AWS o otras plataformas en la nube (deseable).

Habilidades Blandas:

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

  • Capacidad para entender y traducir necesidades técnicas a soluciones de negocio.

  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para cerrar ventas.

  • Habilidades de negociación y gestión de relaciones con clientes.

  • Proactividad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.

Experiencia:

  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en posiciones de ventas en el sector tecnológico.

  • Experiencia previa en consultoría o ventas de servicios en la nube es una ventaja.
