At ScotiaGBS we want you to be part of a team that is always in personal and professional growth, for this reason we are looking for our new
BILINGUAL COLLECTIONS AGENT - PART TIME

REQUIREMENTS:

B2 Advanced and Conversational Level of English (Must have)

Minimum High School degree (Must have)

Part time availability for working On -site in Bogotá.

Schedules in dayshift or nightshift - Monday to Friday, and 1 Saturday every 15 days

Communication and Negociation Skills.

Customer Service Focus (Must have)

Experience in customer service, collections or sells (Nice to have)
