We need an appointment setter to reply to interested prospects in our client inboxes, handle follow-ups, and track metrics.
Role Responsibilities
- Scrape and verify leads (criteria provided)
- Set up cold outreach campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn (copy provided)
- Manage inbox replies and book meetings (KPI: 40% positive reply to booked meeting rate)
- Track daily results (campaign performance and inbox placement)
Advancement Opportunities
Candidates who excel and hit KPIs may advance to a Strategist position, with responsibilities including:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting
- Oversee a team of cold email admins, inbox setters, and deliverability specialists

Qualifications (Required)
- Proven experience managing cold outreach campaigns
- Ability to hit aggressive KPIs
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Slack and LinkedIn
- Bonus: Familiarity with Clay, ClickUp, Instantly, and Apollo
