Cold Calling Appointment Setter Job Opening In Medellín – Now Hiring Hull Renew, LLC


Job description

Compensation: $5 US per hour + $5 per qualified appointment set + $10 per appointment that sits
Bonuses: Frequent spiffs and bonuses, sometimes daily, weekly, and monthly
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, US time zones preferred
Location: Remote

Requirements

  • Fluent American English, clear and neutral on the phone, easily understood by US-based clients
  • Successful phone sales or appointment setting experience for US markets
  • Confident, coachable, and comfortable following a script without sounding robotic
  • Strong time management, reliable internet, and quiet workspace
  • CRM familiarity, ideally GoHighLevel or similar
  • High integrity, positive attitude, competitive mindset

We are scaling our outbound team and looking for sharp, disciplined appointment setters who love the phone and love winning.

The Role

You will call warm and cold lists, have concise qualification conversations, and book meetings on our calendar.

Your job is to create clean handoffs to our Strategists, follow scripts while sounding human, and hit clear daily and weekly targets.

What You'll Do

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day using our dialer
  • Follow proven openers and rebuttals, keep calls under 3 minutes unless qualified
  • Qualify prospects against simple criteria, confirm interest, and book the appointment
  • Set accurate dispositions, take clear notes, and tag records in the CRM
  • Send confirmation texts or emails, and same-day reminder nudges when needed
  • Reschedule no-shows, re-engage warm leads, and keep your pipeline organized
  • Protect brand reputation by following TCPA and DNC guidelines

KPIs and Standards

Daily targets:

  • 150+ dials
  • 12 to 20 live connects
  • 2 to 3 qualified appointments set
  • 1 to 2 appointments sat (shows)

Weekly standards:

  • 750+ dials
  • 10 to 15 appointments set
  • 6 to 10 appointments sat
  • Show rate: 60 to 70 percent
  • Calendar accuracy: 100 percent correct time zone and contact details
  • CRM hygiene: notes on every connect and appointment, same day
  • QA score: 90 percent or higher on script compliance and call quality

Quality and compliance:

  • Use approved openers, qualification questions, and rebuttals
  • No misleading statements, no pressure tactics, no off-script promises
  • Respect DNC flags, opt-out requests, and all TCPA rules

Compensation Details

  • Base: COP per hour
  • Per-set bonus: 20000 COP per qualified appointment booked on the calendar
  • Per-show bonus: 50000 COP per appointment that sits the meeting
  • Spiffs and Bonuses: performance contests that can be daily, weekly, and monthly

Example day at target:

  • 8 hours worked = $40 US base
  • 3 appointments set = $15
  • 2 appointments sat = $20
  • Total for the day: $75 day, with upside from spiffs

Top performers routinely exceed targets and earn additional bonuses.

Training and Ramp
