Your Role: Cold Calling Appointment Setter
Scope:
- 20 hours a week, flexible within Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 3pm Eastern
- Performance-based bonus structure for valid appointments
- Direct management and communication with the real estate professional
- Use of client-provided software and systems for calling and tracking
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to various lead types including expired listings, probate properties, insurance claims, and delinquent property owners
- Set qualified appointments for the real estate professional
- Work with provided lead lists to conduct systematic outreach
- Qualify prospects and ensure appointments meet established criteria
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and appointment details
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of recent experience in sales or appointment setting
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Familiarity with real estate terminology preferred
- Comfortable working with various lead types and situations
- Goal-oriented mindset with focus on appointment conversion rates
