We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting decision-makers in various companies to invite them to attend our industry-focused seminars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to company decision-makers
- Present and explain the benefits of attending our seminars
- Persuade potential attendees to register for events
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call information
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and registrations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
