EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

CoE LAC AI, Data & Analytics Consultants are engineers who can perform highly specialized remote and onsite services for LAC customers.

Goal is to enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions at their maximum potential with optimal TCO and to manage their technical risks during solution implementation and operation.

Provide first class remote and on-site support to our Premium customers like:

·        Solving technical problems

·        Technical Optimization of solution operation

·        Improvement of system availability and stability

·        Onsite support in critical customer situations

·        Customer project evaluation and risk mitigation of implementation projects

·        Backoffice support for onsite service delivery

·        Availability to travel time around 20% of the time;

·        Increasing overall customer satisfaction

·        Act on Escalated customers to bring their businesses to normal operations

·        Willingness to expand technical skills to Big Data, Data Intelligence & Analytics Architecture

·        Reduce customer's TCO by SAP Premium Services Delivery.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·        Advanced English

·        Willingness to learn to speak Portuguese

·        Bachelor in Computer Science or comparable fields is required

·        Knowledge and experience working with SAP BW and Datasphere

·        Experience with at least 3 full cycle of SAP BW and working in some Datasphere projects

·        Knowledge of SAP Business Data Cloud is a plus

·        Knowledge of Seamless Planning is a plus

·        Willingness to expand functional knowledge regarding SAP Business AI and Databricks 

·        Knowledge of reporting solutions on top of data warehousing like SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Objects or Analysis for Office would be a plus

·        Troubleshooting experience of technical issues to diagnose issues and differentiate between product and non-product issues

·        Work under pressure, critical situations, and extremely tight deadlines

·        Very high customer orientation

NICE TO HAVE

·        Advanced Portuguese (but not mandatory for hiring)

·        MBA in Advanced Analytics Topic or similar

·        Experience with Artificial Intelligence.
