We are seeking a Cloud & DevOps Engineer to support shared services for diverse clients.
In this role, you will engage in incident resolution, configuration management, and infrastructure support, contributing to a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents related to in-scope applications and infrastructure
- Escalate issues to relevant project or development teams as needed
- Conduct problem management to eliminate recurring incidents
- Manage service requests efficiently
- Oversee configuration management tasks
- Ensure capacity management for resources
- Provide infrastructure support for cloud resources
- Support continuous integration and continuous deployment processes and minor enhancements
- Execute runbook tasks including daily platform checks
- Perform daily health checks of cloud environments
- Manage access and permissions effectively
- Implement patching and system minor updates or upgrades
- Configure cloud infrastructure as required
- Facilitate backup and recovery of cloud infrastructure
- Assist in release and deployment support
- Execute bug fixes and content changes that do not require code modifications
- Implement security configurations
- Conduct quality assurance related to implemented changes
Requirements
- Experience in Cloud Operations and DevOps, minimum 2 years
- Background in Acquia Cloud Platform
- Proficiency in Acquia Site Factory
- Knowledge of Drupal
- Familiarity with GitLab
- Understanding of CSS and HTML
- Capability to utilize PHP effectively
- English proficiency at a professional level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
- Understanding of CloudFlare
- Experience with Veeva Vault
