Overview
We’re looking for a Close CRM & Sales Operations Specialist who can take ownership of customizing, managing, and scaling Close to power the company’s sales engine.
This role is a mix of CRM setup, pipeline management, and sales assistance, perfect for someone who has strong hands-on expertise in Close and loves supporting a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Close CRM: pipelines, custom fields, smart views, saved searches.
- Set up automations: sequences, workflows, and templates for emails/SMS/follow-ups.
- Manage pipeline hygiene: ensure leads are in the right stage, no duplicates, no prospects lost.
- Handle inbound and outbound messages, making sure no lead is left behind.
- Perform follow-ups on behalf of closers, pushing deals forward.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and improve processes.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day CRM operations and process improvements.
- (Bonus) Leverage knowledge of Reddit and online communities to support business growth.
Requirements
- Proven expertise with Close CRM: advanced customization, automation, pipeline setup.
- Experience supporting sales teams (Sales Ops / Sales Assistant / CRM Manager role).
- Solid understanding of pipeline management and sales KPIs.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) – daily work is in an international environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a startup environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Reddit and community-driven growth.
