Your Role And Responsibilities
Client Service Managaer

Velar por la salud financiera de los contratos asignados (Ingresos, Costos, Rentabilidad, Proveedores, Forecast, Facturación, Ordenes de Compras)

Velar por la salud operacional de los contratos gestionados (Niveles de Servicios, Entregables, QBR, Sesiones operativas mensuales, escalamientos)

Velar por la Satisfacción del cliente

Crecer la participación del portafolio de servicios de IBM en las cuentas/contratos gestionados

  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de tecnología y soporte de infraestructura.
