**📍** **Location:** **Bogotá, Colombia (Hybrid)**
**🕒** **Experience Level:** **Mid-Senior (2–5 years)**
**About the Role**
As a **Client Relationship Manager** at IQVIA, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service.
This position is split between **strategic business development** and **account management** , with approximately **50% of your time dedicated to securing and expanding our base business revenue** .
You’ll be the face of IQVIA for your assigned clients, managing relationships, ensuring service excellence, and identifying new opportunities to deliver value through our innovative healthcare solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Service & Account Management**
+ Represent IQVIA in all service and sales-related activities with assigned clients.
+ Manage 2–3 key accounts, ensuring alignment with account plans and client satisfaction goals.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships across client organizations, including key stakeholders and decision-makers.
+ Lead service reviews and ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
+ Resolve first-line service issues and coordinate second-line support with internal teams.
**Sales & Business Development**
+ Secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing agreements.
+ Understand client business challenges and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions using IQVIA’s portfolio.
+ Support strategic planning and execution of account growth initiatives.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and win-back strategies.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
+ 2–5 years of experience in marketing, consulting, or commercial roles (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus).
+ Advanced English proficiency.
+ Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
+ Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
