About the role:
TikTok is seeking a Client Partner (what we call Brand Partnerships Manager) to work with the Colombian market, based in Bogota, Colombia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network selling solutions and a proven ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new businesses with a high understanding of business goals and how to accomplish them.
The candidate will have strategic and operational knowledge of Colombian clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, Digital and Marketing teams.
A proven track record in scaling client investment and leading projects is a must.
Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders.
The role will involve working cross-functionally with members of the TikTok sales organization with the intent of onboarding priority accounts across the market.
You’ll bring a creative & strategic mindset, detail-oriented focus, and consultative acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships.
Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities from market and product solutions perspective
- Drive revenue for TikTok by strengthening or opening partnerships across the territory
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions to all clients
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective industries
- Design innovative strategies aligned with client business goals
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Manage your own pipeline of opportunities to drive business growth
- Manage an accurate forecast to identify needs and opportunities of the market
Minimum Qualifications
- Years of work experience in marketing, advertising and/or media sales experience with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms
- Experience working with key stakeholders and building relationships
- Business objectives understanding from marketing perspective and above
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Must be willing to work in Bogota, Colombia Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with the Colombian market
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Experience in public speaking with different audiences
- Experience in digital marketing and understanding of digital platforms ecosystems, including performance & lower funnel objectives
- A team player and collaborator
