**Overview**

The Client Ops Analyst actively participates in supporting a wide range of operational and billing processes for clients/agencies that range on different levels of complexity, always looking for efficiency, precision, and the minimum level of error possible.

**Responsibilities**

As part of the Client Operations team, you will support our media and finance teams across our portfolio of agencies by handling various functions involved in the media billing process and other administrative duties.

+ Admin tasks such as keeping calendar deliverables, creation and tracking of platform access, distro list management.
+ Data entry.
+ Support media billing and financial processes such as: Billing Status, Delivery Confirmations, Client Invoice Creation and Draft Billing Report.
+ Liaise with agency support services, vendors and internal teams to resolve media billing issues.
+ Reporting responsibilities during Billing cycle.
+ Source and compile information for client reporting.
+ Support Budget Reports, Retainer Tracking, Budget Recon, Monthly Budget Tracker, Client Weekly Reports.
+ Support the Creation of Competitive Reports.

+ Supporting vendor compliance processes.
+ Keeping track of media authorizations.
+ Supporting and collaborating with brands & agency projects.
+ Participate on Media Tools flowchart: Excel Workbooks for Performance, Paid Media Flowchart.

**Qualifications**

**Must have:**

+ Bachelor's Degree: Media/advertising or related, Economy, Finance or Business related
+ English Level B2 or above
+ 6 months - 1 year of experience with Finance or Accounting roles.
+ Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
+ Good Communication skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
+ Result oriented skills.
+ Attention to details skills.
+ Strong Problem Solving and Analytical skills.
+ Strong teamwork and client orientation skills to help the team grow.
