Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Onboarding Specialist to lead all client-facing onboarding and training sessions.
This role is critical in ensuring customers gain confidence using the software and achieve maximum value from the platform.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep client-facing experience, and the ability to quickly master new technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all client onboarding calls, including live product walkthroughs and tutorials.
- Train customers on how to navigate and use the software to its fullest potential.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product and stay up to date on new features and updates.
- Closely monitor product updates from engineering to ensure accurate client training.
- Serve as the go-to expert for customers during their onboarding phase.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Operations, Deck Operations, Sales) to ensure smooth client transitions post-onboarding.
- Create short tutorial videos to showcase new product features.
- Gather client feedback during onboarding to improve the customer experience and share insights with product and operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience at a U.S.-based tech company in a client-facing role.
- Native or near-native English fluency with excellent spoken communication (no noticeable accent).
- Strong ability to quickly learn and master new software tools.
- Proven track record of conducting client trainings, demos, or onboarding sessions.
- Self-starter who can work independently and proactively become an expert in the product.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Monthly compensation: $2,000 – $3,000 USD (depending on experience).
- Remote role.
- PTO & U.S. Holidays.
