Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Experience Manager.

The Client Experience Manager will oversee and enhance the customer experience, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.

Daily tasks include analyzing client needs, managing projects, addressing client inquiries, and providing proactive solutions.

The role requires closely working with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills to assess and address client needs
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Project Management skills to oversee and manage multiple client projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
