**Responsibilities**

**What you will do:**
+ Unlock insights across Consumer, Culture and Commerce.
+ Create and steward big brand strategies, clearly defining them and building them over multiple campaigns/activities;
+ Be a culture geek and spot cultural opportunities for brands to behave differently, creating new ways to connect with people;
+ Develop inspiring creative briefs and work closely with CCO to push the work to the best it can be;
+ Architect communication strategies with the intent to drive behavior change and cultural relevance;
+ Own the strategic vision and creative output for assigned business.
+ Foster the collaborative culture of “The Power of one” in partnership with other agencies in the group asan embassador of the core values of Publicis Groupe.
+ Forge strong client relationships, from day-to-day partners to C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor through strategic presentations and consultancy
+ Inspire our teams to deliver world class creative and strategy innovation;
+ Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and help them grow;
+ Partner with the data and insight team, to research and identify opportunities in culture;
+ Support the generation of new business and revenue opportunities by working with Account Services, Creative, Data Intelligence, and Technology on strategic development.
+ Accelerate LePub’s growth and market positioning by turning cultural, consumer, and commerce opportunities into strategic initiatives that drive innovation and differentiation
**Qualifications**
+ **What you will have done before**
+ You have at least 10 years of experience leading strategy for major brands, whether in global networks, regional agencies, or dynamic local markets.
+ You master both brand planning and creative strategy, with a focus on cultural strategy;
+ You have a proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;
+ You can uncover unique ways of reaching/speaking to consumers that inspires creative;
+ You are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge;
+ Ideally, you worked on campaigns that won creative/strategy awardsIf this sounds like you, get in touch and lets shape culture together
