Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to join our fintech team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech and proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We are an AI-first company, so the ideal candidate will have demonstrate strong record of leveraging AI tools to execute on all tasks.
Deliverables
- Key Responsibilities:

Strategy: - Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to develop and refine the company's long-term strategic vision and annual operating plan.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify new growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Special Projects: Lead and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion, often involving multiple departments.
- Board & Investor Relations: Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor presentations, including data analysis and narrative development.
- Marketing:
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Brand & Communications: Act as a key liaison for external communications, helping to refine the company's brand narrative and messaging.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic marketing partnerships that expand My Home Pathway's reach and brand awareness.

Operations: - Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity across all departments.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as the central hub for communication and coordination between various teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success), ensuring alignment on key priorities.
- Meeting Management: Manage the CEO's operating rhythm, including designing agendas, facilitating key leadership meetings, and tracking action items to ensure accountability.
- Decision Support: Prepare data, research, and analysis to support the CEO in making critical business decisions.
