About The Team/Role
The Category Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line of grocery business in Latin America.
This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage our category and product selection to engage our merchant and user base.
In this role, you'll be...
- Responsible for category and product selection as well as its information optimization for our online grocery business (DiDi Shop), to promote growth and experience.
- Responsible for category and SKU performance analysis, by strategising and creating more products that are closer to user needs, and by providing data insights for product selection strategy for special consumption moments and merchants.
- Create and maintain communication channels with merchants and provide professional service to ensure the effective compatibility of Category Management between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications / What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above, related internship or work experience in E-commerce or online retail is a plus.
- Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using data analysis tools, able to discover business opportunities and propose solutions in time.
- Cross-functional collaborative capabilities, able to effectively take ownership and execution.
- Fluent in Spanish and business English.
