Are you a seasoned Workers’ Compensation Case Manager fluent in both English and Spanish ?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized professional to join our growing team and help manage workers’ compensation cases with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from start to resolution.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both English and Spanish to ensure clear, timely updates.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized records in compliance with company and state requirements.
- Monitor case progress, treatment plans, and deadlines to ensure smooth case flow.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff to achieve optimal case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager (law firm or insurance background preferred).
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication required).
- Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation processes and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
