Responsibilities
- Store operation: Complete store operations and manage work to ensure operation efficiency and service quality.
Evaluate business conditions, identify problems, and propose solutions.
Maintain collaboration with the platform and headquarters to implement company strategies.
- Sales management: Develop the store’s sales plan and strategy, and lead the team to achieve company sales targets.
- Product and display management: Monitor product turnover, replenish items timely, and ensure product display meets company VM standards.
- Customer service: Supervise store customer service, handle complaints, and ensure customers receive satisfactory service experiences.
- Team management: Recruit and train store staff, ensure sufficient manpower, and maintain staff enthusiasm and service quality.
- Data analysis: Collect and analyze store, business district, competitor product, and channel data.
Report store performance and proactively propose improvement strategies.
Job Requirements
- Strong willingness to engage in retail, good learning ability, cooperative spirit, and ownership.
- Understanding of Xiaomi’s new retail is preferred.
- Bachelor degree or above, able to communicate fluently in English.
