Call Center Engineer Job Opening In Colombia, Colombia – Now Hiring Capgemini Engineering

Your role

As Contact Center Engineer, you will design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco-based contact center technologies to ensure seamless customer interactions.

You will be responsible for providing Tier IV support and resolution of issues with prevention plans related to Contact Center infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Webex Contact Center, and related technologies
  • Designing and implementing call flows, routing strategies, and IVR applications to enhance customer experience
  • Providing troubleshooting and support for complex issues within the contact center ecosystem
  • Developing and implementing prevention plans to minimize system disruptions and maintain high availability
  • Integrating contact center solutions with other enterprise applications such as CRM systems and workforce management tools

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cisco Contact Center technologies, including UCCE/UCCX, Webex Contact Center, or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ACD, Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring, and Reporting Systems
  • Experience in scripting languages and integration technologies used in contact center environments
  • Proven track record in providing high-level technical support and developing prevention strategies for complex systems
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP Collaboration, or similar) preferred
