What you’ll do
- Identify, drive, and execute process improvements to drive revenue and retention productivity.
- Champion complex cross-functional projects from inception to completion with high-quality deliverables and measurable business impact.
- Build and evolve reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support daily workflows and performance visibility.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to ensure tools, training, and communications enable strategic initiatives.
- Oversee Salesforce and surrounding tech stack (Slack, Intercom, Gong, Outreach, and more) with Business Operations and Business Systems teams.
- Foster relationships with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to align priorities and unblock progress.
- Lead within Delivery Operations, setting a positive example and helping teammates grow.
- Handle ad hoc requests, unblock users, and maintain automation; support process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Support adoption enablement through documentation and user support to ensure effective tool and process use.
- Manage dashboards that track and audit process exceptions to ensure accuracy in project rollout.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to remove blockers and keep projects moving.
About you
- 2+ years in sales, business operations, or revenue operations.
- Expertise with Salesforce, including process design, audit trails, and dashboards.
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, facilitation, and consultative questioning.
- Meticulous organization and detail orientation; task-driven.
- Natural curiosity, proactive mindset, and ability to challenge the status quo.
- Eagerness to learn a new, complex domain with humility to ask for help when needed.
- Team-oriented with integrity, collaboration, and constructive feedback.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales and/or revenue operations.
- Understanding of revenue metrics across Post-Sale, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Experience with automation and systems such as Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Outreach, Slack, Gong, Intercom, or equivalents.
- Salesforce certification.
