  • El/la Business Development Representative II (BDR II) será una pieza clave para la expansión estratégica de Slang en Latinoamérica.

    Este no es un rol junior.

    Buscamos a alguien con experiencia sólida en generación y desarollo de pipeline y ventas B2B.

    Capaz de identificar oportunidades de negocio, conectar con sus necesidades y guiarlos a una conversación de valor.

    Foco absoluto en resultados.


  • El BDR II tiene la misión de generar, desarrollar y calificar oportunidades comerciales, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con Sales Executives y el equipo de liderazgo para impulsar el pipeline en mercados estratégicos de Latinoamerica.

    Esta persona aportará dinamismo, experiencia y estructura a nuestro funnel de ventas y se convertirá en una referencia dentro del equipo comercial.


Principales responsabilidades

Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias outbound para prospectar, calificar y nutrir cuentas clave de alto potencial, generando oportunidades de negocio (SQLs) de forma autónoma, eficiente y escalable.


Actuar como mentor/a para nuevos BDRs, compartiendo metodologías, playbooks y mejores prácticas.


Desarrollar cuentas estratégicas y entregar contexto profundo antes de las reuniones comerciales.


Utilizar herramientas de automatización y CRM para medir impacto, optimizar tasas de conversión y priorizar actividades de alto retorno.


Aportar insights de mercado que retroalimenten tanto la estrategia de ventas como el desarrollo del producto.


Ser un referente en mentalidad comercial, liderazgo sin jerarquía y cultura de excelencia.


+1 año de experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de negocios B2B, idealmente en entornos SaaS o de alto crecimiento.


Dominio de técnicas de prospección outbound, con historial de apertura de oportunidades de alto valor.


Excelentes habilidades de comunicación tanto escritas como verbales en español (inglés es un plus).


Capacidad de análisis, pensamiento estratégico y mentalidad de mejora continua.


Familiaridad con CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive etc.).


Deseable: formación en metodologías de ventas consultivas (SPIN, MEDDIC, BANT, etc.)
