Overview


Freeway está en busca de un Business Development Representative para unirse a nuestro equipo de práctica Salesforce, formando parte del Summit Partner de mayor crecimiento en Latinoamérica.

Nuestra misión es ayudar a transformar y optimizar las estrategias empresariales de nuestros clientes en toda la región, revolucionando la forma en que utilizan herramientas de ventas, servicio, marketing, análisis y fidelización de clientes.

Ubicación: Bogotá, D.C., Colombia.



Responsibilities



  • Detectar y crear nuevas oportunidades en los mercados asignados

  • Desarrollar procesos de perfilación de clientes para detectar oportunidades de ventas

  • Crear una excelente primera impresión para nuestros prospectos y clientes, proporcionando una experiencia de clase mundial

  • Asociarse con nuestros ejecutivos de cuenta para ayudar en el crecimiento del pipeline y seguimiento de prospectos

  • Investigar y crear cuentas nuevas y existentes (agregar contactos, enviar correos electrónicos, llamadas estratégicas, seguimiento de campañas)

  • Mantener un compromiso activo con clientes potenciales nuevos y existentes a través de comunicaciones de seguimiento creativas diseñadas para aumentar el interés en productos y soluciones de Salesforce

  • Crear y priorizar listas de cuentas de destino estratégicas dentro de un territorio definido

  • Perfilar leads generados por estrategias de mercadeo, llamadas entrantes o comunicaciones digitales

  • Lograr cuotas mensuales de oportunidades nuevas calificadas



Qualifications



  • Escolaridad: Licenciatura o Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o campo relacionado

  • Deseable Inglés Avanzado

  • Experiencia y conocimientos sólidos en la venta de Software en la nube altamente valorados

  • Experiencia previa en roles de Ventas/Prospección o en roles similares, preferiblemente en la comercialización de Salesforce

  • Dominio profundo de procesos de prospección, incluyendo llamadas, correos electrónicos, campañas de Mercadeo, herramientas vía LinkedIn, etc

  • Preferible experiencia en el manejo completo del ciclo de ventas en el sector tecnológico

  • Experiencia previa utilizando herramientas CRM

  • Enfoque orientado a resultados y capacidad demostrada para alcanzar metas

  • Habilidad para desarrollar estrategias creativas y manejar objeciones con eficacia

  • Autodisciplina y motivación para el estudio y aprendizaje continuo

  • Excelente presentación personal
