En Slang estamos buscando a un/a BDR con ganas de desarrollar una carrera en ventas, que quiera aprender de un equipo senior, dominar la prospección outbound y generar oportunidades reales de negocio en toda Latinoamérica.

Qué estamos haciendo en Slang: somos una startup global que enseña inglés profesional a toda Latinoamérica, operando en más de 15 países y trabajando con cientos de empresas para ayudar a sus equipos a dominar el inglés en contextos laborales.

Nuestra plataforma combina tecnología de vanguardia y contenidos especializados para apoyar a profesionales en áreas como ventas, finanzas, medicina, logística o derecho a avanzar en sus carreras mediante el inglés.

Sobre este rol: el/la Business Development Representative será una parte fundamental del equipo comercial y tendrá la oportunidad de aprender desde la base cómo se construye un pipeline de ventas B2B sólido y efectivo.

Este rol está diseñado para personas con alto potencial que estén comenzando su carrera en ventas y quieran desarrollarse en un entorno dinámico, con acompañamiento, entrenamiento y foco en resultados reales.

El BDR identificará, calificará y generará oportunidades comerciales, colaborando estrechamente con los Sales Executives y otros BDRs para entender el mercado, conectar con prospectos y abrir conversaciones de valor en empresas de toda Latinoamérica.

Existe una ruta de crecimiento profesional dentro de Slang para la persona adecuada: alguien con ganas de aprender, crecer y avanzar junto con nosotros.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar estrategias outbound para prospectar y calificar cuentas potenciales, generando oportunidades de negocio (SQLs) en colaboración con el equipo de ventas.

  • Aplicar metodologías de prospección y calificación.

  • Investigar y recolectar información clave de prospectos para apoyar la preparación de reuniones con los Sales Executives.

  • Utilizar herramientas de CRM y automatización para registrar actividades, dar seguimiento a leads y entender el impacto de sus acciones.

  • Participar activamente en sesiones de equipo, compartiendo aprendizajes y buscando oportunidades para mejorar procesos.

  • Desarrollar una mentalidad comercial orientada a resultados, con enfoque en aprendizaje continuo, autonomía progresiva y trabajo en equipo.

Requisitos

  • Más de 6 meses de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios, ventas u otros roles comerciales, idealmente en entornos B2B o de startups.

  • Conocimiento básico de técnicas de prospección outbound y entusiasmo por aprender a generar oportunidades de negocio reales.

  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación escrita y verbal en español.

    Inglés intermedio o disposición para aprender es un plus.

  • Actitud analítica, proactividad y ganas de mejorar constantemente.

  • Familiaridad con CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, entre otros).
