We match top sales talent to full-time remote roles where they’re hired directly into client teams and provided ongoing support by Huzzle.

About the Company

Our client is a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency specializing in outbound-only marketing programs for enterprise technology companies .

Operating primarily out of New York City , they manage campaigns across North America, Europe, and Asia .

Their mission is to connect technology vendors with key IT and business decision-makers through Qualified Appointment Setting, Channel Marketing, Event Recruitment, and Lead Qualification .

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to IT and business decision-makers across North America.

  • Promote and register qualified prospects for client-sponsored webinars, events, and briefings.

  • Use Dexter , Nooks , and HubSpot to manage outreach, log interactions, and track results.

  • Follow structured scripts precisely and update CRM records accurately after each call.

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including:
    • Qualified prospects registered for events.

    • Prospects who attend events.

    • Manage no-show percentages.

    • Maintain consistent outbound call volume.

  • Must be based in South Africa
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Available to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST .

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ year experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation , within a B2B setting.

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialing platforms .

  • Proven success speaking with IT or business professionals in North America.

  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls
