About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team.
This individual will work with the Cross Market Sales team to drive new business within the Financial Crime and Compliance product line.
The ideal candidate will excel in sales strategy and pipeline management, enabling new business growth within the assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Cross Market Business Development Manager to drive new business growth.
- Convert leads to opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of accounts.
- Log customer activity and communications comprehensively within the CRM system.
- Submit monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline.
- Prospect within the assigned territory to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
- Develop and manage territory business plans that include new logos, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Guide prospects through the sales cycle to contract close, collaborating with pre-sales and specialist teams as needed.
- Support customers through onboarding and implementation phases, in partnership with the Cross Market Sales team, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing revenue life cycle management.
Requirements
- Experience in business development or account management; demonstrated experience in B2B sales of technology solutions, ideally SaaS.
- Experience in banking and fintech industries, preferably selling compliance solutions.
- Proficiency in English for internal communication and career development.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology (preferred, not required).
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote, self-managed environment.
- Strong alignment with a collaborative team culture and integrity.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
