Poulta is looking for a dynamic
Business Development Executive (Bogota, Colombia)
to drive growth in the poultry and agtech ecosystem.
In this role, you'll build relationships with feed companies, integrators, and industry stakeholders, while identifying new business opportunities across global markets.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage partnerships within the poultry & livestock ecosystem.
- Build sales pipelines through research, outreach, and networking.
- Support proposals, presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals.
- Represent Poulta at industry events and trade shows.
What we're looking for:
- Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish
(verbal and written).
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (poultry/agribusiness background a plus).
- Strong understanding of livestock ecosystem preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
