About the Role
As a
BDR
, you'll be the engine driving new business.
Your mission will be to connect with health and wellness business owners, introduce them to the software, and book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
Success in this role is measured by the number of qualified demos and opportunities you create.
You will:
-Engage potential customers through cold calls, showing how the software can help grow their business.
-Generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives.
-Prospect effectively: identify decision makers and uncover client needs.
-Manage your own pipeline and daily activities using Salesforce.
Growth Path
-Month 1: Onboarding, training, and your first qualified demos.
-Month 2: 100 outbound calls per day, refining your sales style, and 5+ qualified demos.
-Month 3: Ramp to full quota: 16 meetings set and 9 sales-accepted leads.

-Excitement to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales team.
Bonus points for:
-Prior sales or customer-facing experience (retail, service, teaching, etc.).
-SaaS selling experience.
Background in health, wellness, or fitness.
-Competitive sports or leadership experience.
