Business Analyst I (Bilingual English & Spanish)

We are actively seeking a passionate Junior Business Analyst to be an integral part of our organization's growth.

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with our seasoned professionals, contributing your analytical skills and eagerness to learn.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational business analysis skills while actively participating in the discovery and implementation of innovative solutions.

This role is 100% remote in Colombia.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  • Participate in workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and define project scope.

  • Support translating business requirements into technical specifications with senior guidance.

  • Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies.
