We engage exclusively with Private Equity firms on Operational Improvement, Due Diligence, Market Sizing, and Value Creation projects similar to those done at McKinsey, Bain, A.T. Kearney, BCG, etc.
Additionally, our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services are specifically targeted to mid-market clients to improve any inefficiency in the back-office functions by leveraging labour cost arbitrage and time zone differences.
BPO performs several services, including Finance & Accounting, CRM, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, HR, Admin functions, and many more, based on our clients' specific needs.
After several successful years and completing over 170 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020.
The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, Colombia, the Philippines and Indonesia.
Our BPO team has tripled since 2020, and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team's experience and skills to the next level
Job Description:
This is multi-functional role designed to give you broad exposure across operations, finance, reporting, and executive support.
You'll work closely with senior leadership and multiple teams, gaining hands-on experience, learning different aspects of the business, and developing versatile skills for future growth.
Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Executive Admin Support & Coordination
- Provide executive-level support, including developing internal and external communication, email management &
calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of internal and external tasks for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones, as needed, to help ensure alignment on project milestones and timely execution.
Workflow & Process Management
- Maintain project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Jira); track progress and update key actions.
- Organise and manage documents, assist in drafting/refining SOPs, and help improve processes for better efficiency.
Finance Support
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks (invoice processing, payment tracking, vendor/customer follow-ups).
- Support basic budgeting or forecasting activities (data entry, variance checks) and help compile finance summaries.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports/dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
- Perform basic data checks, reconciliations, and simple analyses to support decision-making.
HR Task
- Assist with the audit of the benefits and insurance plans.
- Support in the reconciliation of the payroll payments.
- Assist with the process of Data entry for the employees' information in the HR portals
- Support the document management and distribution process of company documents.
Ad-Hoc Support & Problem Solving
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and assignments as needs arise across operational, administrative, and finance-related areas.
- Apply analytical thinking and a practical, solution-oriented approach to troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
Key Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Law, Finance, or other relevant disciplines
- 1 –2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, finance support, or administrative support
- Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks
- Able to follow structured processes and contribute to improvements
- Familiar with project or workflow management tools (e.g., Asana, Click-Up, Monday)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overlap with U.S. time zones
- Basic understanding of finance processes such as invoice tracking, budgeting input, or asset inventory is a plus
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, business tools, or programming is a plus
