Job description

Objetivo del Puesto:

Buscamos un Gerente de Desarrollo de Negocios motivado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo.

El candidato ideal será responsable de identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, construir relaciones con las partes interesadas clave y cerrar acuerdos para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa.

Esta es una oportunidad única para desempeñar un papel fundamental en la configuración del futuro de nuestra organización.

Podrá proponer, diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para incrementar nuestra participación de mercado y el monto de venta por cliente, así como promover la imagen tanto de la empresa como sus productos y servicios, dentro de su cartera de clientes, con una actitud de compromiso y excelencia.

Educación:

Licenciatura en Administración de Negocios, Mercadeo, Ingeniería en Sistema, Industrial o carrera afín.

Conocimientos Técnicos:


•    Fuertes habilidades de negociación y cierre


•    Excelente comunicación y habilidades interpersonales


•    Capacidad para pensar creativa y estratégicamente para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio


•    Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas


•    Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno acelerado y orientado a plazos


•    Historial comprobado de cumplimiento o superación de los objetivos de ventas


•    Experiencia en manejo del software Dyanmics CRM o similar (por ejemplo, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)


•    Conocimiento de la Ley de Contratación Administrativa.


•    Habilidad para brindar servicios posventa.


•    Inglés B1 Deseable.

Funciones / Actividades Principales del Puesto:


•    Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar una cartera de posibles acuerdos


•    Liderar iniciativas con mercadeo para convertir la empresa en una marca de servicios reconocida y atractiva.


•    Construir y mantener relaciones con las partes interesadas clave, incluidos clientes, socios y personas influyentes


•    Realizar estudios y análisis de mercado para asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia de desarrollo empresarial


•    Desarrollar y entregar presentaciones y propuestas a posibles clientes


•    Negociar y cerrar acuerdos con clientes nuevos y existentes


•    Mantener un contacto regular con los clientes para asegurar la satisfacción (venta y post venta).


•    Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar la implementación exitosa de nuevas iniciativas empresariales


•    Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas en el desarrollo de negocios


•    Participar en nombre de la empresa en exposiciones y conferencias.


•    Participar en la confección de ofertas para licitaciones con miembros de otros equipos


•    Proponer nuevas líneas de negocio y de venta.
