This position will work very closely with our Design, Event, and Customer Marketing teams to deliver innovative brand awareness campaigns.
Reporting to the Brand and Events Manager, the Brand & Marketing Coordinator will support and coordinate development of internal and external brand and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, conversion, retention & leads.
This individual should possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate innovative thinking in maintaining brand consistency while pushing the boundaries to set us apart in the industry.
As Brand & Marketing Coordinator, You Will…
- Execution of event sponsorships including coordination of internal resources, deadlines, design elements and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the Events team on booth design and promotional items selection and distribution management.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, outside suppliers, agencies, consultants, and vendors for events.
- Support Events Manager and Campus Operations in collaboration with Design Team to coordinate creation of site visit decks, welcome slides, and additional marketing collateral.
- Support coordinating prospect and client campus visits and events in conjunction with sales and operations teams, campus director and facilities.
- Support Customer Marketing with content ideation and design mapping.
- Own content calendar, keeping up to date for cross functional teams.
- Oversee lead upload to Salesforce post conference/event.
- Manage content publication on the company website.
- Administrative lead for Monday.com and other cross-functional brand and communications collaboration tools.
- Oversee contracts and invoice processing for Marketing department.
- Oversee credit card receipt processing for Marketing department.
- Execute against the brand annual KPIs and play an integral role in the development of Marketing’s yearly plans to achieve brand goals.
As Brand & Marketing Coordinator, You Have…
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience and training.
- 2 years experience in brand marketing and event support to position and evolve brands in the marketplace according to specific organizational goals.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Experience handling large budgets and delivering large global initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
