We're searching for a proactive Customer Support Representative who can fluently communicate in both English and Spanish to assist our growing community of hosts, guests, and partners.
You'll serve as the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company, helping customers resolve issues and understand our services through phone, email, and live chat.
 
 Tasks  
 Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities   
-  Manage incoming customer inquiries across different communication channels  
 -  Make outbound calls to resolve customer and network issues  
 -  Offer step-by-step support with accounts, bookings, and payments  
 -  Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a professional, empathetic manner  
 -  Accurately log conversations, feedback, and outcomes in our internal systems  
 -  Partner with other departments to troubleshoot complex technical or account issues  
 -  Maintain a high standard of service with every interaction  
  
 Requirements

 We're looking for someone who's passionate about helping people and confident in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will bring:  
-  Fluent English and Spanish (both written and spoken — this is essential) 
 -  Native/near-native level Spanish fluency for written communication is required  
 -  Prior experience in customer service or technical support  
 -  Minimum 2-3 years of customer service or technical support experience is required  
 -  Familiarity with vacation rental or property management platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) 
 -  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills  
 -  A calm, positive attitude when handling customer concerns  
 -  Flexibility to work various shifts and time zones
