Responsibilities
Screening Process
- Conduct resume reviews and screening calls to evaluate candidates’ English level and overall suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide follow-up and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process until hiring.
Administrative & Onboarding Support
- Assist in the administrative tasks of the onboarding process.
- Ensure candidate documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain records in recruitment systems for effective process tracking.
Candidate Relationship Management
- Deliver a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and feedback.
- Build trust and rapport with applicants to strengthen the employer brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field is desirable (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (required for candidate assessments).
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
