We are seeking a highly skilled
Bilingual IT Professional with C1-level English
proficiency to provide
Tier 2 and 3 support
for escalated issues within Windows and network environments.
You will collaborate closely with helpdesk and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and contribute to systems architecture for a U.S.-based company.
Work modality: On-site in Bogotá
Location: Office near Parque de la 93, Bogotá D.C.
Salary: Based on experience
Schedule (Full-time): Monday to Friday
Weekends off
Key Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 tickets related to Windows OS, servers, and network infrastructure.
· Maintain and support servers, storage systems, and networking equipment across multiple client sites.
· Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis to ensure long-term issue resolution.
· Conduct scheduled network performance testing and analysis.
· Accurately document ticket activity and manage the support queue in a timely manner.
What You Bring
· Proven experience in a Tier 2, 3 IT support role or similar.
· Advanced English level (C1) – written and spoken.
· Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
· Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.

CompTIA A+
certification or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
· Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
· Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS).
· Proficiency with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Citrix.
· Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft.
· Familiarity with ISO 9000 standards.
