About Janie
Janie partners with a leading medical lien funding provider, helping personal injury patients access care by streamlining communication between clinics and legal teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Enter and update patient data across CRM and internal platforms

  • Review and transcribe medical prescriptions, imaging orders, and reports

  • Communicate with patients, providers, and legal teams via phone and email

  • Organize files using Excel, Word, PDFs, and Google Maps

Requirements


  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

  • Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF tools

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation
