About the Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented and passionate bilingual representatives to join our customer service team, specializing in payments and transactions.
In this role, you will handle chat interactions, assisting users of a popular U.S. financial app similar to Nequi.
Customers will reach out to you for inquiries related to transactions, app issues, and general questions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat in English, addressing concerns and questions about the payment app.
- Guide users through technical and financial issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.
- Document and follow established procedures for efficient problem resolution.
Requirements:
✔ English Level: B2 (Clear and effective communication)
✔ Residence in Cali, Colombia
✔ High school graduate (Bachillerato / Educación Media)
✔ 18+ years old
✔ Basic computer skills (Operating systems, internet navigation)
✔ Strong multitasking abilities
✔ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
