Bilingual Data Analyst
Elevate our business intelligence and decision-making by transforming raw data into strategic insights.
As a Data Analyst, you will be the critical link between our technical capabilities and business operations.
You'll engage with leaders and stakeholders to analyze processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable reports that improve efficiency, add value, and support strategic planning.

Responsibilities
Analyze and document business functions and processes to determine operational objectives and output requirements.
Develop and refine workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities to define technical specifications.
Conduct and integrate operational, financial, and related research to inform strategic business planning across departments.
Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to develop business analyses and projections for executive decision-making.
Perform regular reviews and in-depth analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Create informative and actionable reports that highlight business trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop recommendations for senior management, leveraging analytical findings to support and drive the implementation of approved process changes.
Collaborate with IT to define configuration requirements and assist in the development, automation, and validation of key performance indicator (KPI) reports.
Key Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
Fluent English level
Fluency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and data management best practices.
Looker or Tableau would be a great nice to have.
Proven direct experience in developing and delivering data-driven solutions and recommendations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and applying data visualization techniques/tools.
Basic experience with SQL and/or financial modeling/analysis is preferred.
Detail-oriented, naturally inquisitive, and possesses the ability to impact operations and effect change collaboratively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation abilities.
