Position Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Support Representatives for a high-volume outbound project.

This temporary position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a background in outbound calling, and a drive to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Effectively introduce products, services, or campaigns.

  • Handle objections and provide compelling responses to generate interest and secure engagements.

  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, updates, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance quotas.

  • Build rapport with prospects and ensure a positive brand experience.

  • Collaborate with team members and managers to refine strategies and enhance call effectiveness.

  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and target audience.

  • Efficiently manage time to maintain consistent productivity throughout shifts.
