We're hiring a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative based in Colombia.
This role is essential in supporting our customers with questions, concerns, and care—primarily via email, chat, phone, and social media channels.
You'll be the voice of Gathre, ensuring every interaction reflects our kind, helpful, and clear brand tone.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, phone, and social media.
Respond to inquiries regarding orders, returns, products, and promotions.
Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update customer service templates to reflect brand tone and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with our warehouse and internal team to track and resolve order or shipping issues.
Flag trends or issues and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
Based in Colombia with excellent, fluent written English communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in a remote customer support role in e-commerce specifically
Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Shopify, and Slack.
Emotionally intelligent and skilled at de-escalating with kindness.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work U.S. business hours.
