Custumer Service Agent - Weekends Off (LUNES A VIERNES) 40H

Tipo de Empleo: Tiempo completo.

40 hrs/semana.
Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido.
Horario: Lunes a viernes.
Modalidad: PRESENCIAL.
Ubicación: Medellín, Antioquía / Puerto Seco.
Rango Salarial: $2' $3'100.000

Resumen de Vacante:
Buscamos un agente bilingüe que brinde apoyo integral en la explicación y gestión de una plataforma médica.

Las responsabilidades incluyen ayudar a los usuarios a entender el funcionamiento de la plataforma, apoyar en la resolución de dudas específicas, revisar y gestionar tickets relacionados con la plataforma, realizar presentaciones sobre el servicio y llevar a cabo el control de calidad del mismo.

El candidato ideal debe demostrar habilidades comunicativas claras y profesionales en inglés y español, tanto por teléfono como por correo electrónico.

Se requiere un nivel conversacional en inglés y una orientación al cliente excepcional.

Objetivos de Rendimiento:

  • Brindar apoyo a los usuarios en la comprensión y uso de la plataforma médica.

  • Resolver dudas específicas y gestionar tickets relacionados con la plataforma.

  • Realizar presentaciones informativas sobre el servicio y su funcionamiento.

  • Llevar a cabo el control de calidad del servicio y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.

  • Contestar llamadas y correos electrónicos de manera profesional y eficiente.

  • Organizar y manejar documentos relacionados con la plataforma.

Capacidades / Competencias Clave:

  • Competente en el uso de Microsoft Office, Google Drive y plataformas digitales.

  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y presentación en inglés y español.

  • Excelente manejo del tiempo, capacidad de multitarea y priorización de tareas.

  • Habilidad para resolver problemas y prestar un servicio al cliente profesional.

  • Atención a los detalles y capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente.

  • Actitud positiva y disposición para aprender y adaptarse a nuevas herramientas y procesos.

Educación & Experiencia:

  • Nivel mínimo de inglés B2 o superior (persona bilingüe).

  • Educación mínima de bachillerato.

  • Educación técnica o universitaria es preferencial, pero no necesaria.

  • Ofrecemos capacitación paga.

Requisitos Físicos:

  • Periodos prolongados sentados en escritorio y trabajando en computador.
