(Spanish-English) in
Colombia

Requirements
Advanced English proficiency
(C1 level – essential)
Minimum
2 years of experience
in customer service roles
Full-time availability
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Functional and up-to-date computer equipment
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or solutions
• Respond professionally to customer emails and concerns
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Provide product and service information
• Follow up on customer requests, suggestions, and complaints
• Document and escalate technical problems as needed
• Deliver proactive customer support
• Manage customer feedback and satisfaction
What We Offer
Contract or temporary position
Work Schedule:
• March to November: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. PST
• November to March: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. PST
