Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with product information, account questions, and concerns.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain solutions clearly and effectively.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential.
English level: B2+ - 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
