Bilingual Commercial Assistant - Artificial Intelligence

English C1 or above

Remote (Colombia-based)

Role Purpose

The Commercial Assistant at CADRE plays a pivotal role in ensuring the productivity, consistency, and effectiveness of the commercial process.

This role exists to support the sales organization in building a process that is effective, repeatable, and scalable, while directly enabling the Chief Revenue Officer and sales team to focus on closing deals and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Meetings:

Manage calendars, coordinate internal and client meetings, and ensure agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
- Sales Materials:

Prepare, review, and maintain sales decks, proposals, and related documentation.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:

Maintain up-to-date records in HubSpot/Salesforce; generate reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and sales activities.
- Proposal Support:

Assist in analyzing client requirements and ensuring proposals and offers are aligned with CADRE's services portfolio.
- Process Execution:

Document, track, and follow up on commercial processes and checklists, ensuring accountability and timeliness.
- Process Optimization:

Continuously improve sales workflows using best practices and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gamma, automation platforms).
- Communication:

Act as a communication bridge between the CRO, sales team, clients, and cross-functional departments.
- Digital Tools:

Leverage Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and other collaboration platforms to ensure smooth operations.

Expected Outcomes (First 3–6 Months)

  • Organized and conflict-free sales calendar with timely preparation of meetings.

  • Sales decks and presentations ready ahead of all client and internal meetings.

  • Accurate CRM data with weekly reporting for leadership visibility.

  • Documented sales processes standardized across clients.

  • Continuous improvements in productivity enabled through digital and AI tools.

  • Strong alignment with CADRE's culture and values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial processes, sales coordination, or business operations within high-performance organizations.

  • Proven ability to prepare, review, and manage proposals and sales offers.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (able to sustain conversations, draft professional correspondence, and present ideas clearly).

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).

  • Experienced in Google Workspace, Slack, Teams, and digital productivity platforms.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.

  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive learner.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
