Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat in English, addressing concerns and questions about the payment app.
- Guide users through technical and financial issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach in all interactions.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high service quality.
- Document and follow established procedures for efficient problem resolution.
Requirements:
-English Level: B2 (Clear and effective communication)
-Residence in Cali, Colombia
-High school graduate (Bachillerato / Educación Media)
-18+ years old
-Basic computer skills (Operating systems, internet navigation)
-Strong multitasking abilities
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
