About the Role:


At Foundever, we are looking for motivated and customer-oriented professionals to join our on-site team in Barranquilla.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Your strong communication skills, technical knowledge of home services, and customer service expertise will help you excel in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


- Assist customers with inquiries about invoices, payments, and charges (one-time & recurring).
- Ensure customers fully understand their monthly charges.
- Provide basic technical support for platform functionality and services.
- Handle customer interactions via chat.
-Upsell and cross-sell additional services.

Requirements:


Experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
