Monday - Friday, Full-Time position PDT/PST Office Hours

We're looking for a Bilingual Client Service Billing Specialist to join our Client Services team.

This key role ensures our billing operations are efficient, accurate, and client-focused, all while maintaining a smooth workflow.

As a Bilingual Client Service Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for client billing, collections, and resolving billing issues, all while maintaining positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

You will help ensure timely and accurate payments, troubleshoot billing issues, and provide support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client payments accurately and efficiently, resolving any billing and collection issues
  • Review payment arrangements and contracts, confirming payment schedules and terms with new clients
  • Update client accounts with relevant information, ensuring billing and collection activities are up to date
  • Collaborate with Case Management and Tax Prep teams to address billing-related inquiries and issues
  • Provide phone and email support to clients, maintaining a friendly and professional approach
  • Help improve overall collection cycles and billing processes, identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and distribution mail
  • Welcome visitors to the office and assist with any reception duties as needed

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in credit, collections or a similar financial/customer service role
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to handle high volumes of calls and chats
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide workable solutions
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time during core business hours and occasionally work longer hours during peak periods
