We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Project Assistant to support our Project Manager in coordinating tasks, managing communications, and ensuring smooth project execution.
This role is ideal for someone with experience working in marketing or web design agencies, who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about leveraging technology and AI to improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and task management.
• Manage and update project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, , Trello).
• Help source, hire, and manage freelancers through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and vendors in both English and (second language).
• Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation to ensure clear project visibility.
• Support in managing deliverables for marketing campaigns, web design projects, or related agency work.
• Research, test, and recommend AI tools to improve productivity and workflow automation.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving smoothly.
Requirements
:
• Fluency in English and (second language) (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or web development environment.
• Strong familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, , Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
• Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, or similar).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to experiment with AI-driven tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, design, or web development processes.
• Previous experience assisting project managers or executives.
• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
