The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Education similar to a U.S. associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- 1 year of benefits-related experience and/or training is required.
- PEO/Outsource experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Previous experience in translating benefits from English to Spanish is preferred.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
- Proficient in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Daily Tasks
- Work directly with internal department staff to understand project concepts, objectives, and approaches.
- Assist with maintaining client and employee benefit information in HRIS and CRM systems.
- Complete HRIS benefit plan set-ups and enrollment configurations in online tools.
- Support internal training on new functionality and operational procedures.
- Manage work assignments independently and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain system integrity by processing and providing audit reports to the internal analyst team.
- Conduct, monitor, and improve benefit audit reports.
- Translate benefit plan information and verbiage in HRIS and online tools from English to Spanish.
- Respond to internal inquiries within the acceptable timeframe.
- Assist with the development and improvement of Analyst processes and ACA reporting requirements.
- Suggest process improvements using current or proposed technology.
- Track all work performed in CRM software.
